2 cups smoked catfish, flaked
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Flake Fish. Mix with all other ingredients except parsley. Refrigerate until cold. From into a roll and roll iin parsley. Serve on crackers.
