Crust:
1 c. butter or margarine (melted)
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Filling:
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice - heaping
1 tsp. baking powder
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for crust. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Meanwhile, mix filling ingredients. Pour over hot crust and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.

Make sure not to use fresh lemon juice. The consistency is odd. Add more juice to give a more intense flavor.
