1 lb pork sausage
1 8oz pkg. Cream cheese
1 c shredded parmesan
22 large jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the peppers in half, lengthwise and remove seeds. In a large skillet, cook the sausage and then drain the grease. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and sausage. Spoon about 1 tbsp into each jalapeno pepper half. Place in two un-greased 9x13 baking dishes. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until filling is slightly brown and bubbly.
