4 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 slices of ham
4 slices of cheese,
1 tbsp. olive oil,
1 can fat free chicken broth
dash of sage
2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cups of cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten out chicken breast with meat hammer. Rub a little olive oil over both sides. Place a piece of ham and a piece of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each piece and keep in place with tooth picks. In a large skillet lightly brown each breast in 2 tbsp. olive oil.Then place in casserole dish and cover and bake for about 20 minutes in a 350 oven. Put 2 tbsp. margarine in skillet . When melted blend in 2 tbsp. flour and a dash of sage blend well. Pour in chicken broth and stir until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over chicken breast and rice.
