1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg pistachio pudding Mix
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil

3/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup
Confectioners suger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except chocolate syrup and confectioners sugar and blend to moisten, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour about 3/4 batter into a well greased and floured bundt pan or 10" tube pan. Add 3/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup to remaining batter. Mix well. Pour over batter in pan. Bake at 350 about 1 hour or till done. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and when cool sprinkle with confectioners suger
