1 package frozen, chopped spinach 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup packaged herb stuffing 3 eggs, beaten 6 tablespoons softened butter 1/2 cup chopped onion Salt and pepper
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Mix spinach and remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll into one inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
