1/2 lb. Italian sweet sausage, cut into 3/4" pieces
1 box (32ozs.) chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 c. fresh spinach, coarsely chopped or 1 c. frozen chopped spinach

Spray saucepot with cooking spray. Add sausage and cook until browned. Add broth, onion, carrot and oregano. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute more.
