1# BACON, 5 LARGE CHICKEN BREASTS (FRIED), 1 LARGE HEAD OF LETTUCE (CHOPPED), 3/4 C. CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS, 1 (3 OZ.) CAN CHOW MEIN NOODLES, 1 (8 OZ.) CAN WATER CHESTNUTS (DRAINED & SLICED).

CUT BACON INTO 1" PIECES AND FRY UNTIL CRISP. SET ASIDE. USE BONELESS CHICKEN AND FRY (CUT INTO CUBES). IN A LARGE BOWL MIX BACON AND CHICKEN WITH LETTUCE, ONIONS, AND WATER CHESTNUTS. REFRIGERATE UNTIL CHILLED OR OVER NIGHT. BEFORE SERVING ADD DRESSING AND NOODLES.


ORIENTAL DRESSING:

1/3 C. VEGETABLE OIL
1/3 C. SOY SAUCE
1 tsp.DRY MUSTARD
2 TBSP. HONEY
2 TBSP. KETCHUP

MIX & SHAKE IT IN A JAR. DRESSING MAYBE STORED IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 WEEKS.
