Ingredients:  
4 c dry bread cubes
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp sage (to taste)
1/3 c melted butter
11/2 c finely chopped celery
Cooked & chopped giblets
2-4 tbsp hot water or broth to moisten

Combine ingredients toss gently to mix. Bake 350 45 to 60 minutes until desired dryness. You may multiply this recipe allowing 1 c stuffing per pound of meat
