Marinade: 1/3 c pure maple syrup 1/3 c Dijon mustard 2 tbsp molasses 2 tbsp cider vinegar 1 tsp ground cumin Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chops and set aside 30 minutes to marinate, turning twice. Place chops in a shallow roasting pan to fit. Bake 30 minutes, bushing occasionally with the marinade, turning once.
