5 - Apples
3 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 - Eggs
3 tsp. Baking powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 c. Orange juice
1 c. Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples, sprinkle with cinnamon then add 1/4 c. each of sugar and brown sugar. Let this stand awhile.
Cream the sugar and eggs; Fold in dry ingredients; Add oil and vanilla then the orange juice.Beat well.
In tube pan add some batter, layer apples, more batter. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes up dry.
