1 1/3 c water
11/3 c minute rice
3 tbsp butter
1 beaten egg
1/3c chopped onion
2-3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 c water to boil stir in rice remove for heat cover and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook scrambled egg in butter in 10-inch skillet until set. Add onion and rice and stir over medium heat until lightly browned (about 5 minutes), combine remaining ingredients you may want and soy sauce; stir into rice makes about 3 cups.
