6 Tbs fat
4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. flour
3 tsp baking powder
4 Tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add sugar and fat to sweet potatoes while hot. Combine potato and flour mixtures. Knead for one minute. Roll or pat to 3/4 " thickness. Cut and bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes.
