1 pkg. thin breakfast pork chops
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 cans of Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Instant Rice
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, salt and pepper pork chops on both sides, brown pork chops in skillet. In a sauce pan combine the cheddar cheese soup and mushroom soup together, add water to it until the soup has the consistancy of thin gravy. Pour gravy mixture into a baking dish, after pork chops are done browning add them to gravy mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min. until gravy is bubbly. Make some rice. Serve rice with the cheesy gravy on top.
