Ingredients:  
Potatoes (up to 5 lbs)
2-4 tbsp. butter
1 jar bacon bits
1 bag shredded cheese
1 carton sour cream
2-4 tbsp. minced garlic
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until they are fork tender, drain water, add butter, sour cream, some bacon bits, garlic and cheese, then mash. Add extra ingredients if need be. Add in salt and pepper (optional)
