Taco Salad Recipe

1 head lettuce, chopped
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 medium can red kidney beans, drained
1 lb. ground round
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
Black olives, sliced (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large bag of tortilla chips, broken into smaller pieces)
1 small bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 small bottle French salad dressing

Brown the ground beef with the garlic and salt and pepper. Drain well and chill slightly.

Layer all the ingredients except the salad dressings.

Mix the salad dressings together and pour over the salad. Toss the salad and it is ready to eat!
