2 Salmon fillets (4-6 ozs. each)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. onion powder
2 zested and juiced lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, onion powder, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Mix well, and in a large tupperware container place salmon fillets and pour mixture on top. Leave container with lid on for 3-4 hours in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator and sprinkle lemon zest over both sides of fillets. Grill on medium heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
