1 can of cream celery soup
2 c. water
1 T. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. smoked Kielbasa, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 c. long grain rice
1 c. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet or electric fry pan, combine soup, water, butter and onion. Add rice and simmer for 15 minutes. Add kielbasa and peas and cook until rice is tender.
*Optional: Serve with grated cheese.

We like wild rices and brown rice. These rices can be substituted for long grain rice. However, the cooking time will be much longer. Add the Kielbasa and peas when rice is almost done.
