Ingredients:  
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 t dill weed
5-6 leaves of fresh mint, finely chopped
4 large pita rounds
4 lettuce leaves
6 oz chicken breast, cooked & thinly sliced
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yogurt, cucumber, dill weed and mint. Set aside. Arrange pita rounds on a flat surface. Top with lettuce, chicken, tomato, and feta cheese. Spoon dressing on top. Roll up pita bread. Slice into 4 pieces and secure with toothpicks. Serve.
