1 can (20 ozs.) pineapple chunks
1/3 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (20 ozs.) pears, drained and chopped
4 kiwi fruit, sliced
2 peeled apples, chopped
1 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Pour juice into small saucepan; add sugar and flour. Bring to a boil. Quickly stir in egg; cook until thickened. Remove from heat - cool and refrigerate. In large bowl, combine drained fruit and nuts. Pour dressing over and stir well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
