6 Turkey slices
6 swiss cheese slices
6 ham slices
12 slices of bread
powdered sugar
honey
Batter:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 3 ingredients of batter together. Add water and egg to dry ingredients and mix well. Place cheese between meat slices and then on 2 slices of bread and and cut into triangles. Using wooden toothpicks to hold sandwich together, carefully dip triangles into batter and fry in hot oil at 360 until golden brown. Remove toothpick and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with honey.
