Ingredients:  
4 slices bacon
1/2 c minced onion
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
2 T sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 T vinegar
2 cups cubed, cooked potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, drain. Cook onions in same pan until tender. Blend in soup, milk, relish, vinegar, bacon and heat. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
