1 c.cooked, cubed potatoes
1 c. reserved potato water
1 T. honey
2 T. canola or olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
4 c. bread flour ( can substitute 2 c. whole wheat or any flour ground from kernels)
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cubed potatoes in water. Drain, reserving 1 c. of the water. Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed. This bread is best if prepared the night before. Select desired time for bread to be finished.
