1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 2 c. celery, sliced 1 1/2 c. onion rings 1 1/2 c. carrots, chopped 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans or 1 (16 oz) can cut green beans 3/4 c. green pepper strips 1/4 c. butter 2 T. flour in a little water 1 T. sugar 2 1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Stir gently with a fork and bake an additional 30 minutes. Uncover the last 10 minutes.
