2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water (or use 2 1/2 c. tomato juice instead of sauce and water)
1 c. Minute Rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram (optional)
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato sauce and water. Combine next 7 ingredients with 1/2 c. tomato mixture, mixing lightly. Shape into 18 balls. Place in skillet. Blend sugar with remaining tomato mixture. Pour this into skillet over meat balls. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, basting occasionally with tomato mixture in skillet.
