2 T. sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. 1/2 & 1/2 or pet milk
1/2 lb. American cheese
2 boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 T. (heaping) onion, chopped fine
1 T. (heaping) pimento, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, flour, vinegar, salt and milk until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add eggs, onions and pimento. Spread on crackers or dark rye bread. Keep refrigerated. Do not double, makes alot.
