Ingredients:  
2 1/2 doz. tender White Cob Corn 1 1/2 T. Salt
1 med. Cabbage 1 T. Celery Seed
4 tea cups Sugar 6 good size Onions
6 lrg. Sweet Mangoes 15 cents bunch Celery
(green bell peppers) 5 cents worth Mustard Seed
1/2 gallon Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn from cob, shred cabbage, chop onion and slice celery. Mix together all ingredients and boil 15 minutes. Can in jars.

We may not do much canning these days but this must have been a favorite to have in the pantry during a cold winter day. Like Chow Chow.
