1 lb. potaotes(3-4 medium size)
1 egg.
1/2 cup all purpose flour
dash of nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
cook potatoess until tender and drain. Mash and cool. Drop egg in potatoes and beat well. Add next four ingreidents and beat thoroughly. Shape into balls,roll in flour gently. Drop into boiling water and cook in a tightly covered pot for about 15 minutes on low heat.
