2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. 1 inch day old bread cubes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes, brown sugar, and raisins. Pour into 8" round ovenware cake dish. Place in larger pan and pour hot water around pan 1" deep. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
