6-8 pork chops
4 c. bread cubes
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped
2 T. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops and place in roasting pan. In large bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Mix well and spoon over chops. Combine water and soup, mix and pour over all. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
