7 c. cucumbers, sliced
2-3 tbsp salt
1 c. onion, sliced
1 c. green pepper, sliced
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. dill seed

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub cucumbers. Do not peel but slice veggies into 5 quart bowl. Sprinkle with salt, let stand 1-3 hours. Drain off liquid. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Stir and cover. Let stand 36 hours. Store in frige.
