1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp water

1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
1 c. flour
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1/2 c. butter into 1 c. flour. Sprinkle with water. Mix. Round into 1 balls. Pat into 2 strips about 12"x13" on an ungreased baking sheet. Then bring 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add flavoring. Beat in 1 c. flour. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each. Divide and spread evenly over each piece of pastry. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Frost.
