12 ozs. fettucine pasta
2 c. evaporated skim milk
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 T. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. vegetables, steamed and cut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and place pasta in a large nonstick saute pan along with the milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add cheese and continue to stir until melted and sauce begins to thicken. Stir in parsley, salt & pepper, and veggies.
