2 cans of artichoke hearts in water, drained
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated parmesan or romano cheese
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Chop artichokes into bite-size pieces (or smaller if preferred). Mix it all together (reserve some mozzarella for the top). Pour into a pie plate and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
