1 pkg. (6.9ozs.) Chicken Rice A Roni
2 to 4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. black olives, chopped
1-8oz. can of water chestnuts, drained
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1-8 oz. can of marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Drain artichokes and reserve the marinade. Chop artichokes and combine with onions, peppers, olives, chicken, water chestnuts, and rice. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder, and reserved marinade. Pour over rice mixture. Season to taste. Serve hot or cold.
