2 T oil
1 garlic clove
1 small onion
1 red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups of basmati rice
3 cups water
2 cubes chicken bullion
2 T butter
1 lb fresh mushrooms (or 1 can of sliced mushrooms)
4 T finely chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 T oil in a pot, add garlic peeled and crushed, chopped onion, and add chopped pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes in low-medium heat. Add salt and add rice and stir. Add water and cubes of chicken bullion. Boil in medium heat until water is gone. Pour 1 T oil evenly over the rice. Cover and cook in low heat for 15 minutes until grains are soft.
Wash, slice, and sauté mushrooms in butter. In a serving bowl, mix cooked rice, mushrooms, and cilantro.
Serve hot.
