3 or 4 medium green tomatoes
3 eggs
c flour
Seasoned breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tomatoes, place flour, breadcrumbs and eggs (beaten) in separate bowls. Roll tomatoes in flour, dip in egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until brown and crisp.
