1/2 C red cinnamon candies (3-4 small bottles)
2 Pkg. lemon jello
2 C water
1 jar 15-18oz applesauce

Filling:
1 8oz cream cheese
2 T mayo
1/4 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt candies in water-heat to boiling and stir till dissolved. Add jello and dissolve. Cool slightly and add applesauce. Pour 1/2 into mold* and chill till firm.

Combine filling ingredients and mix till smooth.
Carefully spread filling over jello mixture. Slowly pour remaining jello mixture over filling and chill.

*Use a 5 C mold or an 8x8x2 glass pan.

Mom always served this with a dish of Miracle Whip on the side. It was a staple at all holiday dinners!
