1 c. butter (2 sticks)

Deep Fat Fryer

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with Louisiana Hot Sauce in a large bowl.

Deep fry the chicken wings until crispy (10 to 12 minutes.) NOTE: You can fry the wings while still frozen. Adjust the time as necessary to make sure they are fully cooked.

Place HOT cooked wings into a large bowl with the butter and hot sauce mixture to coat.

Transfer the wings, with the sauce, to a large foil-lined baking sheet, and bake, turning the wings occasionally, until crispy and they have absorbed most of the sauce, about 35 minutes.

Serve with celery and Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing.

Personal Notes:
I deep fry these because I like the crispiness but you can bake them if you want less fat. You can also use margarine instead of butter.
