8 to 10 pounds chicken wings
1/4 c. Southwest Spice (see recipe)
1 to 2 c. Louisiana hot sauce (see recipe)
Apple juice in a spray bottle

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken wings (still frozen is fine), hot sauce and Southwest Spice into a plastic bag (adjust quantities to taste.) Refridgerate overnight shaking bag periodically to coat chicken.

Grill or bake (at 350 F) until done, turning often to keep them from burning. Spray flare-ups on grill with apple juice.

Serve with celery and blue cheese or Ranch dressing.
