1 Lg head romaine lettuce
1 can bean sprouts rinsed & drained
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts rinsed & drained
5 slices bacon crisp & crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs chopped (optional!)
1 C salad oil
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C ketchup
1/4 C vinegar
2 T finely diced or grated onion
2 tsp worchestershire sauce

Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl

Put all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Drizzle over salad toss and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Serve the rest of the dressing on the side.
