Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg. of breakfast sausage
1 pkg. of kielbasa
2 lbs. sauerkraut
1 cup apple juice
1 peeled medium apple, chopped
1/4 cup light brown sugar
8-10 small white potatoes
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage according to package directions. Make diagonal cuts on the kielbasa and add to the breakfast sausage. Cook until slightly browned. Add sauerkraut, apples, apple juice, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and add to the skillet. Cook just until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Instead of boiling the potatoes separately, you could use small, whole, white potatoes and just add them to the same skillet as the sausage.
