1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
2 Tbs. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
3 cloves crushed garlic
3/4 t salt
3/4 t pepper
1 1/2 lbs boneless pork loin, cut into 12 slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except pork) for marinade. Marinate pork in this for 15 minutes. Preheat broiler or grill and cook pork for 3-4 minutes per side until just cooked through.
