2-3 large baking potatoes
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 paprika
1/8 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thin wedges. Place in plastic bag. Spray with nonstick coating. Combine cheese, paprika and pepper. Add to bag. Close bag, and shake to coat potatoes with seasonings. Arrange potatoes in single layer on sheet. Bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Season with salt. Very Good.
