2 cloves garlic, unpeeled
1 or 2 serrano chiles, seeded
1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
2 poblano chiles, roasted and peeled (you can use canned chilies too)
3/4 c. chopped parsley leaves
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Pan roast serrano peppers, pumpkin seeds and garlic until brown. Peel the garlic then put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
