2 lbs. Ground Turkey 1 T. Instant Chicken Bouillon
1-1/2 C. Salsa 1 tsp.-Pepper
3/4 C. Quick or Old-Fashioned Oats 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
1/3 C. Red Onion, finely chopped 1 lrg. Beaten Egg
2 T. dried Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Combine turkey, 1/2 C. salsa, oats, onion, parsley, bouillon, pepper, garlic and egg in large bowl. mix well. Press mixture into 9"x 5" in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 min. serve with remaining salsa.
