Dry Mix:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

Wet Mix:
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter

Sift together the dry mix ingredients into a medium sized bowl and set aside

In another medium sized bowl crack the egg, then add the milk and melted butter. Whisk until well blended.

Add the wet mix into the dry mix and whisk together until well blended. Set aside

Heat the skillet and add one slice of butter, wait until it melts.

Using a 1/4 cup, pour the batter onto the pan and let it cook for awhile. When the top starts to bubble flip the pancake with a spatula. Continue until all the batter is gone.

Serve warm and enjoy!
