Caesar Salad Recipe

1 large head romaine
1 cup croutons
1/4 or 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms


2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup. vegetable OR olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice

Wash and dry romaine; tear into bite-sized pieces. Put in large bowl.

Add sliced mushrooms, croutons, salt and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

Dressing: Crush garlic. Add egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and oil. Mix thoroughly.

Add dressing to salad just before serving. Toss well to mix.
