8 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup diced celery
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1-1/2 tbsp. salt
1 cup sliced onions

2 cup white sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix salad ingredients together. Let stand for 1/2 hour.

Dressing: In the meantime, mix together dressing ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over drained cucumber mixture.
