1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 8-oz pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mustard
1 chopped cucumber
2 ribs chopped celery
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
radish if desired
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups of your favorite macaroni, cooked and drained in cold water.

Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in mustard. Add remaining ingredients. Add to cold pasta a little at a time making sure it is the right amount of pasta to dressing. Chill several hours or overnight.

When I make macaroni or potato salad, I do not use exact measurements. I just eyeball the dressing with the amount of vegetables I am using. Please keep this in mind when using this recipe and adjust amounts accordingly.
